Ingredients

  • 4 slices rye bread slices
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 6 oz smoked salmon
  • 2 whole hard-boiled eggs
  • ½ whole green bell pepper
  • ½ whole lemon

Instructions

    Slice the hard-boiled eggs and green pepper into thin rounds.

    Spread 1.5 tsp mayonnaise on each slice of rye bread.
