Ingredients

- 1 whole bagel (plain or everything)
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 2 oz smoked salmon
- 3 whole radishes
- 2 tbsp, sliced green onions

Bring a small pot of salted water to a boil over high heat, about 2 minutes.

Gently lower the egg into boiling water and set a timer for 6 minutes (soft yolk) or 7 minutes (medium yolk).

While the egg cooks, split the bagel and toast both halves until golden and crisp, about 2–3 minutes.

Spread 1 tbsp cream cheese on each toasted bagel half, then layer smoked salmon on top.

Thinly slice the radishes and scatter them over the salmon along with sliced green onions.

Remove the egg from water, cool under cold running water for 30 seconds, then peel and halve.
