Ingredients
- 6 oz smoked brisket, sliced thin
- 4 slices cheddar cheese, sliced
- 4 slices sourdough or white bread
- 3 tbsp butter, softened
- 2 tbsp bbq sauce

Warm the brisket in a skillet over medium heat, stirring, for 2 minutes until fragrant.

Spread butter on one side of each bread slice and lay two buttered-side-down in the skillet.

Top each bread slice with cheese, warm brisket, a drizzle of BBQ sauce, then another cheese slice.

Place the remaining bread slices, buttered-side-up, on top of each sandwich.
