Ingredients
- 1 block (300g) silken tofu
- ½ cup tapioca pearls, cooked
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup water
- 2 slices ginger, fresh (thin slices)
- ½ tsp vanilla extract

Combine brown sugar, water, and ginger in a small pot over medium heat.

Simmer until syrup is glossy and darkened, about 3–4 minutes. Stir in vanilla and remove from heat.

Let syrup cool for 1 minute, then fish out ginger slices.

Gently spoon silken tofu into two bowls, keeping it jiggly — don't break it up.
