Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz espresso (or 1–2 shots freshly pulled)
  • 10 oz whole milk
  • ½ tsp sugar (optional)

Instructions

    Pull 1–2 shots of espresso into a ceramic cup or mug.

    Heat milk in a steamer pitcher or microwave until it reaches 150–155°F, about 45 seconds in microwave.

    Gently pour steamed milk into the espresso, tilting the cup to create a thin layer of foam on top.
