Ingredients
- 2 lbs pork ribs (about 2 lbs, preferably baby back)
- 3 tbsp whole grain mustard
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp caraway seeds
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic cloves, minced

Preheat oven to 425°F. Pat ribs dry and season generously with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Whisk mustard, honey, vinegar, caraway seeds, and garlic in a small bowl until smooth.

Arrange ribs on a sheet pan. Brush glaze all over, coating well on both sides.
