Ingredients

  • 2 lbs pork ribs (about 2 lbs, preferably baby back)
  • 3 tbsp whole grain mustard
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp caraway seeds
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic cloves, minced

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 425°F. Pat ribs dry and season generously with salt and black pepper on both sides.

    Whisk mustard, honey, vinegar, caraway seeds, and garlic in a small bowl until smooth.

    Arrange ribs on a sheet pan. Brush glaze all over, coating well on both sides.

    Roast for 18–20 minutes, flipping and re-brushing with any pan juices halfway through, until caramelized and meat pulls from the bone.

    Rest 2 minutes. Drizzle with pan drippings and serve immediately.
