Ingredients

  • 3 lbs pork ribs (spare or baby back), membrane removed
  • ¼ cup yellow mustard
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1.5 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 375°F. Pat ribs dry with paper towels.

    Whisk mustard, brown sugar, vinegar, salt, and pepper in a small bowl until combined.

    Arrange ribs bone-side down on a sheet pan. Brush all over with mustard glaze.

    Roast for 35–40 minutes until meat pulls back from bones and glaze caramelizes.

    Remove from oven. Brush with any remaining glaze. Rest 5 minutes before serving.
