- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp sesame seeds
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp nigella seeds (or black sesame seeds)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Heat oven to 425°F. Place pizza dough on a sheet pan and press into an even 1/4-inch-thick rectangle.
