Ingredients

  • 1 pound store-bought pizza dough or naan
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp sesame seeds
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp nigella seeds (or black sesame seeds)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

    Heat oven to 425°F. Place pizza dough on a sheet pan and press into an even 1/4-inch-thick rectangle.

    Brush dough generously with olive oil. Sprinkle minced garlic, sesame seeds, nigella seeds, and salt across the surface.

    Bake until edges are deep golden and puffed, about 10–12 minutes. The top should look crispy and fragrant.
