Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs pork short ribs (galbi-cut, ~1.5 inches thick)
- 3 tbsp gochujang (Korean red chili paste)
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mirin or honey
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, minced
- 2 stalks green onion, sliced thin

Mix gochujang, soy sauce, mirin, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger in a bowl until smooth.

Pat pork ribs dry. Coat both sides generously with the marinade, pressing it into the meat.
