Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 10 oz frozen french fries
- 1 whole fresh lemon
- 1.5 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 whole plum tomato
- 4 leaves romaine lettuce leaves

Cut chicken into 1-inch cubes and place in a bowl with paprika, cumin, lemon juice, olive oil, and a pinch of salt.

Preheat oven to 425°F. Spread fries on one half of a sheet pan, then arrange marinated chicken cubes on the other half.

Roast for 18–20 minutes, stirring fries halfway through, until chicken is golden and cooked through, fries are crispy.

While cooking, slice tomato into rounds and arrange lettuce leaves on a serving plate.
