Ingredients
- 1 lb kielbasa, sliced into 2-inch rounds
- 1.5 cups cherry tomatoes
- 6 whole garlic cloves, smashed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ¼ cup whole-grain mustard, for dipping
- 1 pinch salt and black pepper to taste

Heat oven to 425°F. Toss kielbasa, tomatoes, and garlic with olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Spread on a sheet pan in a single layer. Roast for 12–14 minutes until sausage is charred at edges.

Remove from oven. Tomatoes should be blistered, garlic soft and golden.

Slide onto a plate. Serve with mustard for dipping and eat the roasted garlic cloves with the sausage.
