Ingredients

  • 2 medium sweet potatoes, cut into 1/4-inch fries
  • ¾ lb ground chicken
  • 1.5 tbsp paprika, cumin, and garlic powder blend
  • ½ medium onion, thinly sliced
  • 3 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1 whole lemon
  • 3 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

    Toss sweet potato fries with 1 tbsp oil and a pinch of salt, spread on a sheet pan, and bake at 425°F until golden and crispy, about 12 minutes.
