Ingredients
- 10 oz sushi-grade tuna, 1-inch thick
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 cups cooked sushi rice, warm
- 1 cup cucumber and avocado, sliced

Whisk soy sauce, vinegar, ginger, and sesame oil in a small bowl.

Cut tuna into 1-inch cubes and place in a separate bowl.

Pour marinade over tuna and gently fold to coat. Let sit 5 minutes.
