Ingredients

  • 8 oz spaghetti or ramen noodles
  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes

Instructions

    Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add noodles and cook until tender, 8-10 minutes.

    While noodles cook, whisk peanut butter, sesame oil, soy sauce, lime juice, garlic, and pepper flakes in a small bowl until smooth.

    Reserve 1/4 cup noodle cooking water, then drain noodles.

    Return noodles to the pot. Add sauce and toss until coated, adding splash of reserved water if needed for creaminess.

    Divide between bowls and serve immediately.
