Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 3 tbsp whole-grain mustard
  • 1 cup chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 pinch to taste salt and black pepper

    Transfer eggs to ice water, cool for 2 minutes, then peel and halve.

    Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat, ~1 minute.
