Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 3 tbsp shallots, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 4 oz long beans, halved and blanched
