Ingredients

- ¼ cup heavy cream
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¾ tsp sea salt
- 8 oz dark chocolate (60–70%), chopped
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder or chocolate sprinkles for coating
- ½ tsp vanilla extract

Stir constantly until mixture bubbles and deepens in color, about 4–5 minutes.

Freeze until firm, at least 20 minutes, or overnight for easier handling.
