Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups chocolate cookies (like Oreos), crushed
  • 4 tbsp butter, melted
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cup crème de menthe (mint liqueur)
  • ¼ cup crème de cacao (white chocolate liqueur)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup chocolate shavings or mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. 1

Mix crushed cookies and melted butter until it looks like wet sand.

  2. 2

Press firmly into a 9-inch pie dish, covering the bottom and sides evenly.

  3. 3

Freeze the crust while you make the filling, at least 5 minutes.

  4. 4

Pour heavy cream into a large bowl. Whip with a mixer on medium-high until soft peaks form, ~2 minutes.

  5. 5

Fold in condensed milk, crème de menthe, crème de cacao, and vanilla until fully combined.

  6. 6

Fold in chocolate shavings gently so they stay evenly distributed.

  7. 7

Pour filling into the frozen crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.

  8. 8

Freeze at least 4 hours or overnight until firm enough to slice.

  9. 9

Let sit at room temperature 5 minutes before slicing for cleaner cuts.
