Ingredients
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 stalks scallions, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 2 tbsp neutral oil
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper, freshly ground

Pat shrimp dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper on both sides.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high until shimmering, about 1 minute.

Add shrimp in a single layer and cook 90 seconds without moving until bottoms turn pink.

Flip and cook another 90 seconds until opaque throughout.
