Ingredients
- ¾ lb beef chuck or sirloin, diced
- 4 whole garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, sliced
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 cups beef broth or water
- 1 cup bean sprouts, fresh
- 1 whole lime, halved

Heat oil in a large pot over medium-high. Add garlic-ginger paste and cook 30 seconds until fragrant.
