Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp instant yeast
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¾ cup warm water
  • 3 tbsp butter, divided
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions

    Mix flour, yeast, and salt in a bowl. Add warm water and 1 tbsp melted butter; stir until shaggy dough forms.

    Knead the dough 3-4 minutes until smooth and elastic. Oil hands if sticky.

    Press dough onto an oiled sheet pan into a 10x8-inch rectangle. Cover loosely; let rest 10 minutes.

    Dimple the dough all over with your fingertips. Brush with 1 tbsp melted butter; sprinkle sesame seeds.
