Ingredients
- 2 lbs pork ribs (baby back or short ribs), cut into individual bones
- 4 links grilled sausages (Brazilian linguiça or chorizo)
- 1 whole lime (juiced)
- ½ cup beer (light lager)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp smoked paprika

Pat ribs dry. Season generously with salt and pepper on both sides.

Working in batches, sear ribs 2–3 minutes per side until caramelized and browned. Transfer to a plate.
