Ingredients

  • 2 lbs pork ribs (baby back or spare), cut into individual bones
  • 3 tbsp whole-grain mustard
  • 1.5 tsp caraway seeds
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. 1

Pat ribs dry with paper towels. Line a sheet pan with foil for easy cleanup.

  2. 2

Whisk mustard, honey, minced garlic, caraway seeds, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a small bowl until smooth.

  3. 3

Brush ribs on both sides with mustard mixture, coating evenly. Arrange in a single layer on the sheet pan.

  4. 4

Roast at 425°F until edges char and meat pulls back from bones, 18–20 minutes. Midway through, flip and re-coat.

  5. 5

Remove from oven. Let rest 2 minutes, then serve hot with extra mustard on the side if desired.
