Ingredients

  • 1 lb (thawed if frozen) store-bought pizza dough
  • ¼ cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon
  • ¼ cup brown sugar, packed
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 425°F. Roll out pizza dough on a sheet pan into a thin 12×10-inch rectangle.

    Mix pumpkin, cinnamon, and brown sugar in a small bowl until combined.

    Spread pumpkin mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a 1/2-inch border.

    Starting from a long side, tightly roll the dough into a log.

    Slice into 8 rolls. Arrange cut-side up on the sheet pan and bake 8–10 minutes until golden.

    Whisk cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Drizzle over warm rolls.
