Ingredients
- 1 sheet (about 8 oz) puff pastry or croissant dough (thawed)
- 3 tbsp butter, softened
- 3 tbsp granulated sugar
- ½ tsp ground cardamom
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp pearl sugar (or coarse sugar)
- ½ large egg egg, beaten (for wash)
