Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups pulled pork, cooked
  • 3 count slider buns
  • ⅓ cup bbq sauce
  • 1 cup frozen tater tots
  • 3 count pickle spears
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

    Heat tater tots in a skillet over medium-high for 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and crispy.

    While tots cook, warm pulled pork and bbq sauce in a small saucepan over medium for 3–4 minutes, stirring gently.

    Butter the cut sides of slider buns and toast them in a skillet over medium-high for 1–2 minutes until lightly golden.

    Load each bun with a generous spoonful of the warm pulled pork, then place on a plate.

    Pile the crispy tater tots alongside the sliders and add a pickle spear to the plate.
