  • 6 count slider buns or mini flatbread
  • ½ cup barbecue sauce
  • 1.5 cups fresh arugula
  • ¼ medium onion red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

    Heat a skillet over medium-high. Toss arugula with 0.5 tbsp oil and a pinch of salt, then sear for 30 seconds until lightly wilted. Transfer to a plate.
