Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups rotisserie pulled pork
  • 6 oz tortilla chips
  • 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 medium jalapeño (sliced)
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions

    Heat oven to 400°F. Spread chips on a large sheet pan in a single layer.

    Mix pulled pork with barbecue sauce. Distribute evenly over chips.

    Scatter cheese over the top. Bake 8–10 minutes until cheese melts and edges of chips crisp.

    Remove from oven. Drizzle sour cream over nachos in thin lines.

    Top with jalapeño slices and cilantro. Serve immediately while hot and crispy.
