Ingredients

  • 1 lb rotisserie pork, shredded
  • ½ cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 tbsp bourbon (or apple cider vinegar)
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • ½ cup crispy fried onions
  • 2 whole fresh jalapeños, sliced

Instructions

    Heat a skillet over medium-high. Add shredded pork, BBQ sauce, and bourbon.
