Ingredients

- 1.5 cups pulled pork (or shredded pork shoulder)
- ¾ cup Memphis-style BBQ sauce
- 1.5 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- ½ medium onion red onion, very thinly sliced
- 1.5 cups coleslaw mix (or cabbage, shredded)
- 3 tbsp buttermilk
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pinch salt and black pepper to taste
