Ingredients
- 8 slices prosciutto di Parma
- 1 whole cantaloupe or honeydew melon
- 3 tbsp hot honey
- 8 leaves fresh basil
- ½ whole lemon
- 1 pinch fleur de sel or sea salt

Arrange prosciutto slices on a skillet over medium heat for 1–2 minutes per side until edges curl and centers crisp slightly. Transfer to a plate.

Cut melon in half, scoop out seeds, then slice into 1/4-inch-thick wedges or cut into 1-inch cubes. Arrange on a serving plate.

Drape crispy prosciutto over the melon, or fold prosciutto and tuck between melon pieces.

Drizzle hot honey over the entire plate in a thin stream. Tear fresh basil leaves and scatter across.
