Ingredients

  • 8 oz burrata cheese
  • 10 oz cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ½ cup fresh basil leaves
  • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 whole lemon, zested and halved
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes

    Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a small skillet over medium-high until shimmering, about 60 seconds.

    Add panko and 2 minced garlic cloves; cook, stirring constantly, until golden and fragrant, 2 minutes.

    Stir in red pepper flakes and lemon zest; transfer breadcrumbs to a plate to cool.
