Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 large egg

Preheat oven to 400°F. Roll out the 1 sheet puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut into 4 equal rectangles.

In a small bowl, whip 0.5 cup heavy cream with 2 tbsp of the powdered sugar and 0.5 tsp vanilla until soft peaks form, about 2-3 minutes.

Spread the cream mixture over each pastry rectangle, leaving a small border. Roll each up tightly from the short end and place seam-side down on a baking sheet.

Beat the 1 egg and brush over the rolls. Bake until golden and puffed, 15-18 minutes. Let cool slightly, then dust with the remaining 2 tbsp powdered sugar.
