Ingredients
- 1.5 lb pork ribs (pre-cooked or pressure-cooked), cut into 2-inch pieces
- 1 lb potatoes, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 medium red onion, cut into 1-inch wedges
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
