Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs pork short ribs, 1-inch thick
- 1 lb potatoes, cubed
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 4 cloves garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tbsp white vinegar
- ¾ cup water

Pat ribs dry and season generously with salt and pepper on both sides.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high until shimmering. Sear ribs 2 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.

Add potatoes and garlic to the same skillet. Stir and cook until garlic is fragrant, about 1 minute.

Pour vinegar and water over potatoes. Return ribs to skillet, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes until ribs are tender.
