Ingredients

  • 1 small cake (8 oz) store-bought vanilla or sponge cake
  • ¾ cup white sugar
  • ¾ cup water
  • 3 tbsp rum
  • 1.5 cups powdered sugar
  • 3 tbsp butter, softened
  • ½ tsp pink food coloring (or raspberry jam for color)
