Ingredients

  • ½ cup natural peanut butter
  • 2 cups frozen banana slices
  • 1 cup whole milk or milk alternative
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • ½ cup ice cubes
  • ½ cup granola
  • ½ cup fresh berries or sliced fruit

Instructions

    Add 0.5 cup peanut butter, 2 cups frozen banana slices, 1 cup milk, 2 tablespoons honey, and 0.5 cup ice cubes to a blender.

    Blend on high speed until completely smooth with no lumps or ice chunks visible, about 90 seconds, stopping to push down sides if needed.
