Ingredients

  • 2 packets (100g each) frozen açai packets
  • 1 medium banana, frozen and sliced
  • ¾ cup coconut milk (full-fat canned)
  • 1 cup mixed fresh berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
  • ½ cup granola
  • ¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup
  • ½ cup water

Instructions

    Add the 2 frozen açai packets, sliced banana, 0.75 cup coconut milk, and 0.5 cup water to a blender.

    Blend on high speed for 45 to 60 seconds until the mixture is completely smooth, thick, and creamy with no lumps remaining.

    Divide the blended mixture evenly between 2 bowls, using a spatula to scrape all the mixture from the blender.

    Scatter 0.5 cup of mixed berries across the surface of both bowls in an even single layer.

    Sprinkle 0.25 cup of granola across both bowls, dividing it evenly between them.

    Drizzle 0.5 tablespoon of honey over each bowl, letting it pool slightly on the surface.
