Ingredients

  • 2 packets (3.5 oz each) frozen acai puree packets
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • ½ banana banana, frozen and sliced
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • ½ cup granola (store-bought)
  • ½ cup fresh berries (blueberries, raspberries, or strawberries)
  • 3 tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 tbsp honey or agave syrup

Instructions

    Add acai packets, frozen berries, banana, almond milk, and almond butter to a blender.

    Blend on high until thick and creamy, about 60 seconds. Mixture should be spoonable, not drinkable.

    Divide mixture between two bowls, using a spatula to press it into the bottom.

    Top each bowl with granola, fresh berries, and coconut flakes in separate sections.

    Drizzle lightly with honey. Eat immediately with a spoon.
