Ingredients
- 8 oz rice noodles (bihon), 8 oz
- ½ lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1.5 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 2 medium carrots, julienned
- 3 cups cabbage, sliced thin
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp neutral oil
