Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ¾ cup plain yogurt
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1.5 cups fresh berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup granola (optional topping)

Instructions

  1. 1

Combine oats, yogurt, almond milk, chia seeds, and vanilla in a mason jar or airtight container.

  2. 2

Stir until evenly mixed, breaking up any clumps of chia seeds.

  3. 3

Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight until oats soften and liquid absorbs.

  4. 4

Stir the mixture in the morning, adding more almond milk if it's too thick.

  5. 5

Top with fresh berries, honey drizzle, and granola if desired.

  6. 6

Eat straight from the jar or pour into a bowl. Keep refrigerated up to 5 days.
