Ingredients
- ½ cup butter, softened
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- 12 whole Oreos
- ¼ tsp salt and black pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Mix butter and brown sugar in a bowl until light and fluffy, ~2 minutes.

Whisk together flour, cocoa powder, and salt in a separate bowl.

Stir dry mixture into butter mixture until a thick dough forms.

Scoop dough (1.5 tbsp), flatten slightly, place an Oreo in the center.

Wrap dough around Oreo, seal edges, place on parchment 2 inches apart.
