Ingredients

  • 1 8-10 oz container store-bought pound cake or vanilla sponge cake
  • 1.5 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 3 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 3 small bottles food coloring (red, yellow, blue)
  • 1 cup, halved fresh strawberries
  • ¾ cup fresh blueberries

Instructions

    Crumble the pound cake into bite-size pieces. Divide cream into 4 bowls.

    Add 0.75 tbsp powdered sugar to each bowl. Whip each until soft peaks form, ~90 seconds.

    Add a drop of food coloring to each bowl—red, yellow, blue, and leave one white. Fold gently until color is even.

    Layer in 4 clear cups: cake crumble, colored cream, berries, then repeat. Start with cake.
