  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup granulated sugar, divided
  • 1.5 cups fresh or frozen mixed berries
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

    Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then divide evenly among four jars, pressing gently to pack.
