Ingredients

  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup candied orange peel and candied cherries, chopped
  • 3 oz dark chocolate, roughly chopped
  • 8 oz store-bought sponge cake, cubed
  • 3 tbsp maraschino liqueur or orange juice

Instructions
