Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • 8 oz mascarpone cheese, room temperature
  • 4 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • ⅓ cup powdered sugar
  • 1.5 cups fresh berries (raspberries, blueberries, strawberries)
  • ½ tsp lemon zest

Instructions

    Stir graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until the texture resembles wet sand.

    Divide crust mixture evenly among four mason jars, pressing down gently with the back of a spoon.
