Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup strawberry jam or preserves
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ¾ cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries or raspberries

    Whip cream cheese and strawberry jam together until smooth and fluffy, about 2 minutes.

    In another bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks with a whisk or hand mixer, 2–3 minutes.

    Fold whipped cream into the strawberry mixture gently until no white streaks remain.

    Toss graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until evenly coated and looks like wet sand.

    Layer in serving cups: crumb base, strawberry mousse, more crumbs, then mousse on top.
