Ingredients
- 3 whole Large eggs
- ¼ cup Whole milk
- ½ teaspoon Vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon Ground cinnamon
- 4 slices Bread slices (challah or brioche)
- 4 slices Ham slices
- 4 slices Turkey slices
- 2 slices Swiss cheese slices
- 3 tablespoons Butter
- 2 tablespoons Powdered sugar
- ½ cup Raspberry jam

Whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon in a shallow bowl until well combined.

Lay out 2 bread slices and layer each with 2 ham slices, 2 turkey slices, and 1 Swiss cheese slice. Top with remaining bread slices to create 2 sandwiches.
