  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 whole eggs
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ cup whipped cream
  • 1 tsp cocoa powder

    Melt chocolate and butter together in a microwave or double boiler, stirring until smooth, ~2 minutes.

    Separate eggs; whisk yolks into warm chocolate until fully combined.

    Beat egg whites with salt until stiff peaks form, ~3 minutes.

    Gently fold egg whites into chocolate mixture in two additions until no streaks remain.
