Ingredients

  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • 4 oz dark chocolate (chopped or chips)
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • ½ cup heavy cream (whipped)

Instructions

    Divide butter and chocolate between two microwave-safe mugs.

    Microwave each mug for 60 seconds until butter and chocolate melt completely.

    Whisk one egg into each mug until smooth, then fold in 2 tablespoons flour per mug.
